🎬 Season 1, Episode 10 - "The Room No One Lives In"

"The Room No One Lives In" That night, I couldn’t sleep. There was no nightmare this time, just a deep, unsettling feeling crawling through my skin like something was watching me. My heart beat heavy in the silence. The ticking clock sounded like a war drum. I picked up my phone and dialed Axel. “Can you come get me? I don’t want to be alone tonight.” He didn’t hesitate. Within 20 minutes, his car pulled up outside my gate. The sight of him brought relief, and I slid into the passenger seat like a child running to safety. We didn’t talk much on the drive, just the smooth hum of the road and his reassuring hand over mine. His house was dark and quiet, like always. He wrapped his arms around me and led me inside, holding me tight. We laid down with some Kenny G saxophone softly filling the room, warm, gentle, seductive. It felt like a movie scene. I nuzzled into his chest, the tension from earlier slowly melting into comfort. Around 2 a.m., we became intimate again. It felt dee...

🎬 Season 1, Episode 9 "Spoiled into Darkness"

"Spoiled into Darkness" At this point, it felt like the dreams had become a part of me woven into the fabric of my subconscious like a familiar movie I couldn’t stop watching. But this last one... It was different. I wasn’t afraid. I was exalted. I stood adorned in regal linen embroidered with gold threads, a dazzling crown placed on my head by unseen hands. My fingers glittered with rings of sapphire and jade. Around me, robed figures bowed deeply as chants echoed across a glowing marble hall. Axel stood beside me this time in royal attire, his eyes dark and glowing. Together, we ruled that strange realm. When I woke up, I felt… powerful. Like I had inherited something ancient. I was still soaking in the feeling when I heard a car pull up outside. I peeked through the curtain. Axel. My heart skipped. My phone rang almost instantly. “I’m taking you out to have some fun and shopping too. What do you think, my Queen?” My Queen. The same name they called me in the dream. I shook...

🎬 Season 2, Episode 1 - "Tears Beneath the Flesh"

"Tears Beneath the Flesh" The night was heavy, almost suffocating, as Obiora lay still on the cold hospital bed, his body burning with fever but his lips unable to form words. His eyes, however, spoke volumes brimming with tears, staring blankly at the ceiling as if he could see beyond it. Chukwuamaka sat beside him, her face contorted in worry… and guilt. Her heart raced not just out of fear for Obiora, but because of the secret that wrapped around her like a noose. In her panic, she dialed Rev. Kukpeje. “Obiora don collapse o, we dey hospital now… e no dey talk, just dey look me like say e dey talk for im mind,” she said, her voice trembling. The Rev. on the other end paused for a second. “I’ll be right there,” he responded with a certain calm that concealed the storm brewing within him. The truth of his involvement with Chukwuamaka was now a threat, a fire that could burn everything down if not contained. Not long after, he walked into the hospital ward his white collar c...

🎬 Season 1, Episode 8 - "The Arrival"

"The Arrival" That night, I slept like a baby. No nightmares. No visions. Just peace. As if a thick, dark cloud had lifted from my subconscious. When I woke, the morning sun poured into my room through the half-drawn curtains. I felt light almost too light as though I had shed something... or someone. Then I saw it. A message on my phone. Axel. "Hello Baeb, I trust you had the sweetest sleep and a nice dream.🥰 Did you dream about me? Because I did, and it was awesome. Wishing I never woke up again." I laughed silently. My fingers hovered above the keypad. Somehow, it all felt innocent again, as though the strange dreams, the odd behavior, the mystery of his “parents”… never happened. “Yes, I did. But when are you coming back?” His response was instant. “This weekend. Expect me at home.” That word. Home. It danced in my chest like a warm melody. I convinced myself, I was just overthinking things. The dreams were probably psychological projections. Trauma from my...

🎬 Season 1, Episode 7 - "The Call That Changed Everything"

"In Love with an Occultist" The fading light of the evening filtered through the tinted windows as I stirred awake in the car, the driver was patient enough to wait for me to wake up. I paid him off. My heart was racing. The dream still lingered at the edge of my mind, wrapping around me like invisible vines. The mark I thought I saw on my hand had vanished but I wasn’t entirely convinced it had ever been a dream in the first place. Just as I leaned forward to start the car and head home, my phone rang. The number was foreign unknown, long, and unusual. I stared at it for a moment, debating whether to answer. Curiosity won. "Hi sweedy, I missed you." The voice was unmistakable. Axel. My chest tightened. So many thoughts flooded my mind at once his disappearance, the dream, the mystery surrounding him... and now this casual, almost playful tone. "I had to rush into an emergency business trip, so I couldn’t hit you up," he continued. I scoffed, half in dis...
